HOW TO USE OUR ONLINE STORE
The Dog Essentils online store is easy to use and to navigate, we sell to both the trade and public. All orders are responded to within 24hours and shipped within 48hours of payment - we stive to have complete stock availablity at 100% but sometimes due to unforseen circumstances some items may be out of stock, if this does happen we shall inform you straight away and let you know the ETA of the item.
Please be aware you are only charged when the goods leave us! Not before, this way if any goods are out of stock you are not charged for them, this also allows us to double check freight (see freight notes below).
PAYMENT
Payment optione include:
Cheque or Money Order - we shall contact you with the exact total, cheques to be made payable to Dog Essentials)
Credit Card - details can be given when ordering, we accept Visa, Mastercard. this is a secure site and all credit card details are deleted after your order has been processed.
Direct Deposit - We shall call you with order total and direct deposit details.
SHIPPING
We use a combination of shipping methods which include
Australia Post - Regular post, Registered Post (tracking available), Express Post (guaranteed next day in cetain areas)
Fastway Couriers
NB:Larger items are quoted by three freight companies and the best quote is used.
Pick-Up: We are more than happy for you to pick-up your order from us at the shop:

Own freight: You can also organise your own freight - we shall get your order ready and let you know when it is available for pick-up.

*NB No responsibility is taken for damage or loss of items after they have left our premises. We can trace and track an item - except for Australia Post regular mail.
TRADE / WHOLESALE
We are one of Australia's leading grooming wholesalers. If you would like to apply for a trade account please fill in the Registration form. An ABN, business name and type of business will be required, if you are starting up and have yet to get your ABN and Business name just write a short note on the registration form explaining your circumstances. Your account will be activated for trade pricing within 24-48 hours, if you
wish to place an order before this please do so, when the order comes through we shall adjust the priceing and contact you with the new total before payment is processed.
REFUNDS
Goods can be returned to us for a credit or exchange ONLY with prior approval. Any problmes or claims must be reported to us within 7 days of recieving your order. If you need to return something please contact us first to discuss arrangements.
Only items which have not been used or opened can be returned or exchanged (the only exception to this is with faulty goods - manufacturer to confirm that not from wear & tear, or goods under warranty). Items that are being returned to us as faulty manufacturing must be returned to us or the manufacturer, it is the manufacturer who will decide what action to take.
Warranty claims must be returned to us or the manufacturer or authorised repair agent (authorised by manufacturer - listed on warranty card) please include a letter describing the problems you have had and also your contact details.
